Brainstorming PPT or brainstorming with PowerPoint can give a brainstorming session the extra juice it needs.

A brainstorming ppt has many advantages over the standard brainstorming session. Brainstorming ppt puts the entire brainstorming session visually before the team using a slide show. This instantly gets the focus of team members and gets their creative juices flowing quicker.

Before the brainstorming session begins, the team leader uses a white screen or wall to show the PowerPoint presentation. The first step is to show the rules of conduct through a slide presentation. The team leader has each rule on a separate slide and discusses each step individually. This makes each team member realize that the rules are everyone's responsibility to enforce.

After the rules of conduct presentation, the team leader shows what the problem or topic is for the brainstorming session. Then the brainstorming session begins.

After the brainstorming session has ended the team leader can create the overview using brainstorming ppt. After the team leader reviews the ideas, they proceed to pick out the top four. The entire overview can be used as a slide show to describe the results of the last brainstorming session including the top four ideas that were chosen. This instantly gets the team focused on the last brainstorming session and quickly gets the creativity going to continue to resolve the problem in this session.

By using brainstorming ppt, the team leader can take the time to discuss with the team each of the four ideas that were chosen. The team leader can also have blank slides in the presentation to give the team the opportunity to present ideas of what the next step should be to solve the problem.

Brainstorming PPT can also be used over the intranet to create online brainstorming sessions within the company. The company administrator can create a section of the intranet exclusively for brainstorming sessions. The team leader can then post the rules and the problem to solve over the intranet to all team members. The team leader creates new rules of conduct for use over the intranet. PowerPoint 2000 can convert brainstorming sessions into a series of web pages to be published over the intranet. PowerPoint 2000 is an excellent brainstorming ppt to use. It allows all team members to submit ideas through the intranet presentation to the team leader. This is a little different than everyone sitting in one room together, however using this method, can allow each team member to present ideas that all team members can see at one time.

Brainstorming ppt can also be used during an online brainstorming session similar to online conferencing. By using net conferencing software, the team leader can present using PowerPoint the rules and topic of the brainstorming session that each team member can instantly see. This method is similar to everyone being in one room together with one good exception. If any team member is not in the office and wants to participate in the brainstorming session they are able to from any location.
